Rachel

Rachel joined our team four years ago as an enthusiastic student at our sister clinic, Indooroopilly, and has since transitioned into a more senior role at our Sherwood clinic. Her dedication, knowledge, and passion for animal care make her an invaluable member of our team.

While Rachel loves caring for all animals, she has a particular interest in reptiles and exotic pets. She’s a true all-rounder. When you visit you will find Rachel helping our clients at reception, performing nurse consultations, monitoring our patients under anaesthesia, and providing exceptional hospital care to our patients.

When she’s not at the clinic, Rachel enjoys spending time with her own furry family, including Theo the Border Collie, JB (who many of you may remember as one of our Engine Kitties!), and Tippa the cat.

Outside of veterinary nursing, Rachel is also an experienced horse rider and loves spending her days off in the saddle.

We’re incredibly lucky to have Rachel as part of the Sherwood team, and we’re sure many of our clients and patients have benefited from her friendly smile and compassionate care.
